HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
Each November and December, AH&L welcomes thousands of guests through our annual Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse. Fully decked for the holidays, the residence showcases the work of interior design talents and trades from across the Southeast for a memorable seasonal celebration. The 2025 Home for the Holidays Showhouse benefits Atlanta History Center.
SOUTHEASTERN
DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
In April and May, the Southeastern Designer Showhouse celebrates the beauty of Atlanta in bloom by welcoming thousands of guests inside a newly built residence featuring the work of interior designers and trades across the Southeast and beyond. This month-long event is a celebration of spring as well as the influence of the nation’s top interior design community.
TOUR OF KITCHENS
The Tour of Kitchens is a self-guided tour of more than 10 beautiful kitchens throughout metro Atlanta. The event draws design enthusiasts from the Southeast for an in-person experience that gives hundreds of guests the opportunity to peek into private residences—and speak to the designers responsible for the vision and execution of each kitchen.
ATELIER
Atelier is a pop-up showroom and luxury lifestyle activation located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead Village. With vignettes designed by the city’s top local design trades, the showroom is a hub of inspiration and intellectual conversation. Atelier is open to the public as well as host to exclusive, invitation-only events.
LAKE BURTON
DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles presents lake living at its finest with a showcase of the Southeast’s finest interior design talents at the new Burton community. Proceeds benefit the Wildcat Volunteer Fire Department and the Lake Burton Civic Association Foundation.

SERENBE DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
A partnership between Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, the Serenbe Designer Showhouse showcases the work of talented local interior designers in a community connected to nature on the edge of Atlanta. The 2025 Serenbe Designer Showhouse benefits the Decorative Arts Fellowship.
CASHIERS DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
In partnership with Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, the Cashiers Designer Showhouse is the signature fundraiser of the Cashiers Historical Society. Each year, top designers from the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau and across the Southeast bring a stunning home to life with inspired design and fresh ideas.

In Residence is a podcast hosted by Publisher Elizabeth Ralls and Editor-in-Chief Lauren Iverson. Each episode takes listeners inside the minds of the creatives, craftspeople, and design-industry talents that make Atlanta a serious destination for design, one conversation at a time. Volunteer with us!
Have a passion for design? Join us! Volunteers receive one complimentary ticket to come back to the house at any time and a complimentary subscription to Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles with a second volunteer shift.
It’s a fun few hours in a gorgeous setting and a wonderful way to meet new friends. Answer guest questions (we provide a notebook with answers!), direct visitors to their next room, or work in the ticket registration. There is a short orientation at the beginning of your shift to help you feel comfortable and knowledgeable.
We welcome groups of volunteers! If your organization can commit to an entire shift, we can help promote your organization on social media that day. Service hours can be certified by a staff member.
