When is the 2026 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse open?
The 2026 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse is open to the public November 19–December 13, 2026, Thursdays through Sundays. The Showhouse is closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thanksgiving Day.
HOURS:
• Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Sunday: 1–4 p.m.
• CLOSED Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thanksgiving Day
• Final entry is at 3:30 p.m. Thursday–Sunday. The Showhouse closes and lights turn off promptly at 4:15 p.m – no exceptions.
Where is the Showhouse located?
The 2026 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse is located at 3544 Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30327, in Buckhead’s Paces neighborhood.
Please note: There is absolutely no parking available at the Showhouse or along Paces Ferry Road. Shuttle Parking is required:
Where can I purchase tickets for Showhouse special events?
Visit the Special Events tab on our website to explore the full lineup of Showhouse signature events and activations and purchase tickets. Space is limited for many events, so we encourage guests to reserve their spot early by purchasing tickets in advance.
TICKETS & ADMISSION
How much are General Admission tickets?
General Admission tickets are $50 when purchased online in advance and $55 when purchased onsite, subject to availability. Onsite tickets may be purchased at the Showhouse registration table, located in the garage.
Tickets go on sale September 30. Enter code EARLYBIRD for $5 off through November 1st, 2026.
Do I need to purchase my ticket in advance?
Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Tickets are date-specific and availability is limited. If a date is no longer available for purchase online, that date has reached capacity.
Walk-up admission may be available on select dates, subject to capacity, but admission is not guaranteed without an advance ticket.
Are tickets date-specific?
Yes. General Admission and special event tickets are date- and event-specific and are valid only for the date and time listed on the ticket.
What if I need to change the date of my ticket?
If your plans change, you may request to change your General Admission ticket to another available date through our online ticket-change portal.
Changes are subject to availability. If your preferred date does not appear as an option, that date has reached capacity.
Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?
No. All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges and rainchecks are not available unless force majeure prevents the Showhouse from fulfilling its contractual obligation.
If you are unable to attend on your selected date, you may use our online ticket-change portal to select another available date.
What happens if my preferred date is sold out?
Once a date reaches capacity, additional advance tickets will no longer be available for that date. We encourage you to select another available date to visit.
I purchased a ticket but can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder, as tickets are delivered by email shortly after purchase. Tickets to the Showhouse are delivered from [email protected]. If you are still unable to locate your ticket, contact the Guest Experience team at [email protected] for assistance.
The Showhouse registration team can also assist you with locating your order upon arrival.
I received complimentary Flex Tickets through volunteering at a past Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles event. Are they date-specific?
Complimentary volunteer Flex Tickets are valid on any regular operating day during the 2026 Showhouse. The date printed on the ticket represents the first day the ticket becomes valid and does not restrict you to visiting on that date.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Where should I park?
There is absolutely no guest parking at the Showhouse or along Paces Ferry Road. Complimentary door-to-door shuttle transportation is required and will be provided from the designated off-site parking location.
Shuttle Parking:
Is the shuttle complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary door-to-door shuttle transportation is provided for Showhouse guests during general admission hours.
What time does the shuttle begin running?
The shuttle begins service at 9:45 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and 12:45 p.m. on Sundays and runs throughout regular Showhouse hours.
What time is the last shuttle to the Showhouse?
The final shuttle from the parking lot departs at 3:15 p.m., and final entry to the Showhouse is at 3:30 p.m. The Showhouse closes with lights out and final return shuttle departs promptly at 4:15 p.m.
Can I use Uber or Lyft instead of the shuttle?
Yes. Uber, Lyft and other rideshare services may drop off and pick up guests at the Showhouse’s designated drop-off location. Upon arrival, please follow instructions from the onsite police officer.
Can I drop someone off at the Showhouse before parking?
Yes. Guests who may have difficulty boarding the shuttle may be dropped off at the designated Showhouse drop-off location before the driver proceeds to the shuttle parking lot. Please follow the directions of the onsite police officer upon arrival.
ACCESSIBILITY
Are wheelchairs, walkers or assistive devices permitted inside the Showhouse?
No. Wheelchairs are not permitted inside the residence. Guests should also be aware that the home requires navigating multiple sets of stairs.Guests with physical challenges, please email [email protected] for assistance.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Are children allowed at the Showhouse?
Yes. Children are welcome to visit the Showhouse but must remain under full adult supervision throughout their visit.
Do children need tickets?
Children 10 and under do not require a ticket, but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are not permitted inside the Showhouse and must be left in the garage during your visit.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VISITOR POLICIES
Can I take photos and videos inside the Showhouse?
Yes. Guests are welcome and encouraged to capture photos and videos using their personal cell phones while touring the Showhouse. If you share your visit on social media, we invite you to tag @atlantaholidayhome!
Can I bring a professional camera?
No. Professional cameras, photography equipment and professional photography or videography are not permitted inside the Showhouse under any circumstances.
Can I have family, engagement or holiday photos taken at the Showhouse?
No. Personal photoshoots, staged photography sessions and professional photography are not permitted. These activities can disrupt guest traffic and the overall Showhouse experience. Casual personal photos taken on your cell phone while touring are welcome. Guest who do not follow these guidelines will be asked to leave.
VISITING THE SHOWHOUSE
How long should I allow to tour the Showhouse?
We recommend allowing a minimum of 45 minutes to tour the entire Showhouse. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure you have plenty of time to experience the home before final entry and closing times.
What is the latest time I can enter?
Final entry to the Showhouse is at 3:30 p.m. each operating day. Guests using the shuttle should note that the final shuttle to the Showhouse departs the shuttle parking lot at 3:15 p.m. All guests must exit the Showhouse by 4:15 p.m., at which time the final return shuttle will depart and the home’s lights will turn off.
